Everton Park Sharks Utilize "Swim Club Connect Meet Manager" app available from Apple and Android app stores.
This is a locally developed application that helps us manage 1st step of registrations, nominations, results, marshalling and timekeeping.
Please download the app and use this to nominate.

Weekly Race Nominations
Each week our club will announce the following week/s are open for nominations
Please use the app to select "meets" then each one of your swimmers, you will see an option to nominate in the App...... and guess what?.... You can nominate for club night anytime until 5 pm of that club night.
We have published images for help on our Facebook.
Young or inexperienced Swimmers are asked to nominate in 12.5m
Swimmers will graduate up to longer races as they meet time requirements.
Race Results
Race Results will appear live in the Swim Club Connect app throughout the night and be available for you to see once completed.
Time Keeping
We will require assistance from Parents and Volunteers on the club nights for timekeeping.
This is operated from your own mobile device with the Swim Club Connect App installed
Simply nominate yourself as a volunteer under timekeeping and it will be linked to the race starters device.
About Swim Club Connect Fees
Swim Club Connect App offers a 30-day free trial. Should you wish to have annual access to the App, a small charge of $10.49 per year is available in the app, not to the club.
The committee kindly asks members to treat this fee as a contribution towards saving hours of administration time conducted by your fellow club parents, who generously volunteer their personal time to run our kids' swim club.
BBQ and Canteen
On every club night we will have a variety of food and drink options available including soem amazing Burgers and Sausages fresh off the BBQ.
Look out for the menu on the canteen, but we think the smell of the burgers cooking will get you.
